At MAPFRE ASSISTANCE we have a highly experienced compliance team, who specialise in being able to deal with bespoke requirements of any partner and will ensure that the customers are always put first and dealt with in a manner that is both fully compliant with all legal and regulatory obligations but also meets the partners wishes.
We specialise in having the ability to set up both Introducer Appointed Representatives (IAR’s) and Appointed Representatives (AR’s) for both direct to customer and website sales, we can help support this with a call centre operation dependant on the level of resource and sales process required.
We have a number of innovative systems in place to meet our regulatory obligations and in turn assist our clients in meeting theirs:
- Needs and Demands System - a Web based system that takes your sales advisors through the ICOBs process. This step by step system provides a compliant sales process and the ability to monitor progress.
- Web based Training - unique in the market this system takes sales staff through bespoke product training modules tailored to the requirements of your business. It allows you to produce reports, reminders, and assists in the training and competence of staff.
- Complaints Database - another web-based system, it is designed to record all complaints received and produces the necessary data to assist in the completion of reports.
- Treating Customers Fairly - we pride ourselves in offering a consistent level of service to all our customers and provide a suite of reports to assist them in monitoring sales figures, cancellations, claims and complaints. This provides clients with the security they need to ensure their customers are receiving the correct level of service and where there is room for improvement.
- FSA Help Desk - our expert team of advisors are on hand to support and advise clients in all regulatory matters.
